Cancellation and Refund Policy – Clinics and Events

Transfer Policy:

Your deposit must be received in order to complete your registration and to secure your place in a clinic.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your deposit to another available clinic within the same year.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers who notify us anytime up to 14 days prior to the scheduled course date will receive a refund of half of the clinic fee.

Any cancellation after the 14-day period is non-refundable.

In the rare event that Wild Horse Mountain Farms Inc. needs to cancel a clinic, we will notify you at least 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled clinic and immediately refund any full tuition paid. However, we will not be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or lodging reservations. Please do not purchase airline tickets or make non-refundable deposits on lodging that cannot be canceled 30 days ahead of time.

Inclement Weather Policy for Wild Horse Mountain Farms Inc.:

If you have registered for a WHMF clinic and traveling becomes hazardous the day of the clinic, please use your own judgment when deciding to attend. Those who cannot attend a clinic because of inclement weather should contact the WHMF at (503) 896.7973 that day and refund decisions will be made on an individual basis.
